Certificate of Musculoskeletal Medicine
Educating doctors to confidently assess and treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
The Certificate of Musculoskeletal Medicine is made up of four learning modules. Each module is made up of a one-day practical workshop to enhance the learning of hands-on skills.
The four modules offered are:
Assessment and Management of Lower Back Pain
Assessment and Management of Lower Limb Pain
Assessment and Management of Upper Limb Pain
Assessment and Management of Neck and Upper Back Pain
The certificate is highly relevant for GPs and Sports and Exercise Medicine, Pain Medicine, and Rehabilitation Medicine physicians. Registrars and trainees will find the content beneficial in preparation for their Fellowship exams.
Module workshops are held at 3-monthly intervals in both Brisbane and Adelaide.

AAMM Members $590
Registrars/House Officers $490
Medical Students $390
RACGP CPD points and ACRRM PDP hours
An application for approval of each module as a CPD Accredited Activity (40 points) will be made to the RACGP.
An application will be made to ACRRM PDP for 8 Educational Activity Hours and 7 Performance Review Hours.
